What you receive

S$3.90 is a one-time purchase of the Rental 360 PDF guide for Singapore private residential tenants. It does not include a property pass, inspection, representation or advice specific to your circumstances. A S$28.90 property pass includes this guide free; there is no need to buy both separately.

Delivery

After payment is confirmed by Stripe, the guide is delivered to the purchase email as an attachment. The confirmation page also provides a private download link. Keep that link private and save a copy of the PDF. Contact support with your purchase email if delivery fails.

Using the guide

The guide provides general educational information. Your tenancy agreement and circumstances determine your obligations. It does not guarantee a deposit return or resolve a dispute on your behalf. Check current official information and obtain appropriate advice when needed.

Payment and personal information

Stripe handles payment. HandoverX processes your purchase email, order and payment references, product purchased, delivery status and security records to fulfil your order and provide support. Our email provider delivers the PDF. We do not receive your card numbers. Purchasing does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Optional advertising measurement

If you allow Meta tracking, this guide website sends page visits and purchase events to Meta, which may process device, network and page information. We do not include your purchase email in those events or enable automatic advanced matching. You can decline or change your choice using Cookie choices. Declining does not affect checkout or delivery. Advertising tracking is separate from the condition-report service; inspection details and photos are never sent to Meta.

Refund policy

Digital purchases are non-refundable. If your guide does not arrive or you cannot open it, contact hellohandover.x@gmail.com with your purchase email and payment reference so we can help you obtain a usable copy.

Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
